Make Money Doing Nothing… Really?

without comments

I found a site a few days ago that pays people to just be a member of their site! I thought, How easy does that sound? And when you think about it, you’ve seriously got nothing to lose!

So this site is called My Free Shares. You earn shares of the site’s revenue. For example, if they make $100 and you have 100 shares out of 1000, you’ll get 10% or $10. It’s a very simple concept. However, there are some things I really dislike about there interface. You can earn more shares by signing up for free offers. But in order to receive credit for them, you must email the confirmation email and account data to My Free Shares. In the world of web 2.0, things like this are automated and done by web scripts!

Anyhow, My Free Shares seems easy enough! Sign up today and tell us about any of your experiences (good or bad) in the form of a comment!

Niches on Yahoo Answers

with 2 comments

The purpose of this post is to show you all just how big of an impact one website, such as Yahoo Answers, can make towards your idea’s well-being. You see, a great deal of my website traffic comes from yahoo answers. I always post my link after every answer I give or question I ask.

I went to YA and selected the very first question I saw:

The question is very specific, but when you analyze it, you can uncover the niche of “Space Operas” or more general, “Types of Operas”. Now you’ve got 3 days (the time before the question expires) to make a website and post the link for the asker and the entire community to see. You’ve got instant traffic! Next, you search for more open questions about that topic. More free traffic!

You can try this right now on YA! It will only take a few seconds for you to find a good quality niche that you’re familiar with. Tell me and all the readers here at Invest Kid about your experience if you try this. We’d love to here about your success in the form of a comment!

Phishing, Liars, & Cheaters

without comments

While you’re trying to make money online, I guarantee you’ll run into all 3 of these types of people or sites. I’ve fallen for many tricks in my own experience, but I have definitely learned from the past!

Phishing is when one site imitates another site to get your login information. For example, a site called getfreepaypalmoney.com (this is just a made up example!) might tell you that if you log into PayPal from their site, you’ll receive $50. They are actually just saving your account information and then taking money from you, or stealing. To tell you the truth, I just got over $300 stolen from my PayPal account in the past week!! Not to worry though, because PayPal is very good at handling things like this and they returned my money promptly. If this happens to you, I strongly suggest you close your account or change your password.

I’m sure you all know what lying is, but in this case, I’m talking about false statements. The other day I saw a video on Youtube that said if you signed up for bux.to using the referral code 50clicks, you’d receive 50 cents for each website viewed instead of the normal 1 cent. Now that I think back on it, I feel extremely stupid for falling for that trick! This liar was just getting a bunch of referrals from people like me who didn’t think about what they were doing. Plus, how much sense does that make??

Cheaters are just companies or people who don’t come through! You may build up $100 in your account, but they never pay you… Rolex Mails! I know many of you all are familiar with them.

Try your best to avoid these scams and stay on track. If you ever have questions, ask me at investkid@www.com. Never trust something that’s too good to be true. I learned it the hard way, but you don’t have to.

The Easiest Way To Sell

without comments

It has always been a challenge for me to sell products. I’ve tried to sell expensive product that may cost over $50, and I’ve tried to sell things for $0.75. Yet, I haven’t been very successful with either. But what if you could get paid to give away free products…

Hyper Web created an easy affiliate program that enables affiliates to get paid $1.00 for every free web hosting member they refer. You can cash out at only $10.00, so you only have to get 10 referrals. People are always looking for free website hosting. By posting your affiliate link for free website hosting, you’ll get hundreds of referrals within a week.

I will be testing Hyper Web for about a week. If it turns out to be a dud, we’ll just “X” it off our list. But for now, sign up for Hyper Web hosting and then make an affiliate account.

Receiving Money

with one comment

When you’re making money online, you obviously have to have a method of receiving payment from the program or your account. You can do this many ways. These include (but are not limited to) PayPal, E-Gold, MoneyBookers, Alertpay, and more. I have an account for all of these online processors. Some accounts will also allow payment through check, but they may charge a fee.

I use PayPal for most of my needs. However, in the past month, my account has been hacked in to and I am beginning to doubt the security PayPal offers.

E-Gold is very popular, also. But it is very “web 1.0″. The new age of the Internet is here, but E-Gold has not updated its look.

MoneyBookers is used for more professional companies. It is very secure but not many programs pay via MoneyBookers.

AlertPay is most commonly used for the new “Bux” PTC programs. I would definitely get an AlertPay account on hand.

I’ve Been Paid By A PTC!!!!

with 2 comments

This morning, I took a peek into my PayPal account and found $0.09 sent to me from cash-hi.com! I requested the money in my account yesterday at about 1:00pm and the money was received at 4:00am! I am so excited that I found a PTC that actually works!

As excited as I am, I must admit that their pay is very low. On average you only get $0.0002 per click. It’s not much at all, but some clicks are worth $0.0025. But I’m sure if you got some referrals on your downline, it wouldn’t be too hard to at least make a dollar per week.

I also like the large number of ads cash-hi gives me. I always have ads. But I don’t always have the desire to click on them! However, if I had, I would’ve had more than $0.09 to cash out.

Subvert & Profit: Make Money Stumbling

without comments

How easy can it get to make money online!?!? Subvert & Profit pays users to stumble websites. They pay $0.75 per 3 stumbles, which is a great deal! You can easily make $10.00/week with this.

What’s the catch?

Sad to say, there is a little catch! Although Subvert & Profit seems like an easy way to make money, it’s also an easy way to get your Digg or StumbleUpon account closed. It’s against Digg’s terms to offer an incentive for Diggs. On the S&P website, they state:

Isn’t this illegal?

No. Violating a website’s Terms of Use is not illegal. Digg or StumbleUpon can, however, delete your account if they discover that you violate their Terms of Use. We encourage you to violate any Terms of Use at your own risk.

I hope my accounts don’t get closed! If you have tried S&P or if you have any questions, please do voice your opinion in the form of a comment!
